Delivery and Payment

Delivery: Once your orders have passed through the production and quality control stages, they are shipped via our partner shipping and courier companies. You can track the status of each order (order, procurement, quality control, shipment) step by step through the order details in your account.

Payment: In our wholesale business model, the order total consists of two components: labor cost (USD) and the value of the silver (in grams). Please contact your account representative for payment terms and current account details.

Order Revision: If changes to production quantities are required after the order is placed, your representative will contact you.
