How can I become a member?
Simply fill out the application form. Once your application has been reviewed, your account will be set up and you will be notified by email.

Why can’t I see the prices?
Price visibility depends on your customer level. If your account is not authorized to view prices, you’ll only see information in grams; please contact your representative for details.

How do orders by gram work?
In the product details, you can enter grams instead of quantity; the system divides the grams by the product’s unit weight to convert it to quantity.

What is a quantity-based product?
Some products are priced by quantity rather than by gram; these products are not included in the total gram count.

How do I track my order?
From the “My Orders” page, you can track the production status of each coating line individually.
